- About one year ago (April 2008)I began eating low glycemic, and at my one year anniversary or more recently I have been discovering new food adventures. Riveted by the raw foods movement, and the green smoothie revolution, I opted to keep all foods in my eating repetoire and not to become a raw vegan. A majority of my foods however are green, raw and live. With the changes that I am experiencing in my body I am looking to those who have considered foods as an adventure and have had similar discoveries. I am seeking your stories. Food is an adventure that is like a science experiment, the body produces results. It is absolutely fascinating to see that food creates such a difference in our body. We have heard that food is medicine, but today it is more acurate to say that food can be a super nutrient, and some foods are actually being categorized as supplements.
